01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 92 dadu ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 92 dadu website at 92dadu.bio and all related services, games, and betting markets available through it.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 92 dadu, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on 92 dadu — including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules — all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The platform operates to serve players in Pakistan and the Terms reflect that context — all references to currency mean Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise, and all customer communication is available in English and Urdu.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 92 dadu and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances. If you have lost access to your account, contact support — do not create a new one.

92 dadu reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence alongside recent proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions.

03Account Responsibilities

Your 92 dadu account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it directly. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential and not share them with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify 92 dadu support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that all personal and payment details on your account remain accurate and update them promptly when they change.

92 dadu cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials or has knowingly shared them with another person.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 92 dadu are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital account
• SadaPay digital account
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method used — mobile wallet withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes, while bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

92 dadu does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your 92 dadu account. Attempting to deposit using another person's payment account is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account in the player's name. 92 dadu may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Processing will not begin until all required documentation has been received and verified.

05Bonuses & Promotions

92 dadu offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Standard conditions that apply to all bonuses on 92 dadu unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable bonus funds until the specified wagering requirement is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days). Unexpired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited after the expiry date.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as poker, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific rates for each promotion are listed on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by geography, verification status, previous bonus history, or account standing.
• 92 dadu reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured bet patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy deemed manipulative by 92 dadu — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

06Gaming Rules

All casino games, slots, and table games available on 92 dadu use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

Game outcomes are final and binding once the round is complete and the result confirmed on screen. If a technical fault occurs mid-round, 92 dadu will make every effort to settle the affected round fairly. In cases where a fair settlement is not possible due to an incomplete game state, stakes are returned to the player's account.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money.
• Malfunctions of game software void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• 92 dadu reserves the right to void or reverse any game settlement where the game outcome was materially affected by a software error or technical failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed within each game. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

07Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 92 dadu — including cricket betting, live in-play betting, and all other wagering markets — is governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. For live betting, the odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance apply, not the odds that were displayed when you began adding the selection.
• Bets placed on an event that has already started (where the bet is not intended as an in-play wager) will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket matches abandoned without a result (and where DLS does not apply), match winner bets are voided. Markets settled before abandonment remain settled.
• 92 dadu reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice — this may occur ahead of key team news or when unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Maximum payout limits per event are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the nominal return implied by the odds.
• In the event of an obvious odds error — where odds are significantly outside the normal range for a market due to a technical or human error — 92 dadu reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

08Responsible Gaming

92 dadu is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial burden or a source of distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Participating in any form of money laundering, illegal payment activity, or using 92 dadu to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward 92 dadu staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.

92 dadu co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where there is evidence of criminal activity involving a player account, 92 dadu will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and preserve all relevant records.

10Intellectual Property

All content on 92 dadu — including but not limited to the platform interface, game graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, odds displays, and software — is the intellectual property of 92 dadu or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92 dadu platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content or software.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the 92 dadu platform.
• Frame 92 dadu content within another website or represent platform content as your own.

The 92 dadu name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of any 92 dadu trademark is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

92 dadu provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92 dadu shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to log out of their account on a shared device.
• Losses resulting from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• Any interruption to live betting caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of 92 dadu.

12Account Suspension & Closure

92 dadu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Situations that may trigger suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, Terms violations, failure to complete identity verification, or reasonable suspicion of problem gambling requiring intervention.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If the account is subsequently cleared, suspended withdrawals will be processed. If the account is found to be in material breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason may do so by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

13Privacy & Data

92 dadu collects, stores, and processes personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 92 dadu, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14Changes to These Terms

92 dadu may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. For minor or non-material changes, we may update the Terms with immediate effect and simply update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 92 dadu after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with a material change, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw any verified real-money balance.
